ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The Anderson-Abruzzo Albuquerque International Balloon Museum is offering “Friday Film Frolics,” a new series for people of all ages, beginning this Friday with a showing of “Up,” an animated, 96-minute, PG-rated feature film, according to a news release.

The monthly Friday series will provide live entertainment, interactive activities and films for the whole family, the release said.

The next “Friday Film Frolics” will take place on Dec. 28 with a showing of “Flight of the Navigator.”

The program is included with regular museum admission — $4 for adults ($3 for New Mexico residents), $2 for seniors 65 and over, $1 for children 4-12, and children under 3 are free.

Space is limited, so preregistration is required; please call (505) 768-6020. Refreshments will be available for purchase.

Otherwise, admission to the museum is free each Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and all day on the first Friday of every month.
