Attorney General King Is in Stable Condition After Surgery

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The AG had surgery to replace discs and fuse vertebrae in his neck

 

State Attorney General Gary King had surgery Wednesday morning to replace discs and fuse vertebrae in his neck to alleviate longstanding pain and immobility in that area, King’s office said.

The Attorney General’s Office said in a news release that King was listed in stable condition at an Albuquerque hospital following the surgery.

The AG’s Office did not release the name of the hospital and said it is asking for privacy for King and his family so that he can concentrate on his recovery.
