Albuquerque is known for its hot-air balloon festival each October.
The Anderson-Abruzzo Albuquerque International Balloon Museum, 9201 Balloon Museum Drive NE, will unveil its “We Fill the Sky with Dreams” exhibit on Saturday, Feb. 9. The exhibition centers on various aspects of hot-air ballooning, and primarily focuses on the relationship of hot-air balloons and Albuquerque. It also chronicles how the late Sid Cutter introduced modern hot-air balloons to Albuquerque and his role in popularizing and promoting hot-air ballooning throughout New Mexico and worldwide.
Admission is $4 adults, $3 for New Mexico residents, $2 for seniors and $1 for children 4-12.
