Former Lobos at home in Las Vegas for NBA Summer League

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Former New Mexico Lobo Drew Gordon had a double-double Saturday for the Sacramento Kings in an NBA Summer League loss, 76-73, to the Dallas Mavericks.

His 17 points and 10 rebounds were both team highs in 24 minutes of play for the team featuring first-round draft pick Ben McLemore, who finished with 11 points on 4-of-23 shooting.

Tony Snell, the first round selection of the Chicago Bulls last month, made his professional debut by hitting the first shot he took, a 3-pointer to put his team up 3-0. The Bulls went on to beat the Memphis Grizzlies 81-67. Snell had 7 points on 3-of-9 shooting, three steals, three rebounds and an assist.
