Snell scores 20 in NBA Summer League

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Former Lobo Tony Snell scored 20 points Friday leading the Chicago Bulls to a 94-87 win over the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, Nev.

Snell, the Bulls’ first-round draft pick last month, hit 6-of-13 shots in the game including 5-of-8 from 3-point range to go along with seven rebounds and three assists.

Fellow former Lobo Drew Gordon did not attempt a shot in 18 minutes for the Sacramento Kings in a 93-87 win over the Atlanta Hawks, but grabbed eight rebounds and had three blocked shots.
