A SWAT team has been called out to a Northwest Albuquerque home because a person Albuquerque Police Department detectives went to arrest won’t come out of the residence.

That’s the word this morning from APD spokesman Officer Robert Gibbs.

Gibbs said in an e-mail that a perimeter has been established.

He said SWAT was called out after the detectives went to the residence in the 1900 block of Los Luceros Road NW at about 10:38 a.m. and the subject they went to arrest refused to cooperate and exit the residence.
