Cheddar’s opening Sept. 23 in Albuquerque

........................................................................................................................................................................................

The first Cheddar’s Casual Café in Albuquerque will open Sept. 23 at 4865 Pan American West Freeway.

“We look forward to introducing Albuquerque to Cheddar’s quality homemade cooking and great value,” Cheddar’s Regional Vice President Jason Daniel said in a news release. “This opening is a milestone in our growth plans for Cheddar’s as we work to expand our reach in the western United States.”

The 8,000-square-foot restaurant will seat nearly 300 and employ about 200 people. Learn more about job opportunities here.

The Albuquerque location will be the western-most restaurant for the Texas-based chain, though plans call for an Arizona location to open early next year.
