ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The Albuquerque Isotopes and Donut Mart are partnering to show appreciation for public safety officers Wednesday morning.
Donut Mart will be offering a free donut and coffee to all public safety officers (police, fire, EMS, military, etc.) Wednesday, from 6-10 am at any of the five Donut Mart locations in Albuquerque. Active and retired public safety members who show their badge or identification can receive their donut and coffee.
Donut Mart will donate $1 from every purchase of any regular-priced dozen donuts Wednesday through Nov. 6 to “The One Hundred Club of New Mexico, Inc.” – which provides aid to the spouses and dependents of sworn police and other law enforcement officers and firefighters in New Mexico who lose their lives in the line of duty.
The Isotopes will donate one reserved level ticket voucher to any 2014 non-restricted home game for those who purchase a dozen donuts or who make an additional cash donation. Donation jars will be available on the counters of all Donut Mart stores.
