February fortunes: Isleta Resort & Casino offers big prizes; Route 66 Casino has plenty Valentine’s Day options

........................................................................................................................................................................................

February is the shortest month of the year so that means just a little less time to take part in some cool promotions that can help put a little more money in your pocket.

Isleta Resort & Casino is spreading the love with its “February Fortune” promotion that runs through Feb. 28. Stop in from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. daily for a chance to win your share of $150,000 based on your Isleta Eagle Players Club level. Earn entries daily by playing your favorite slot machine, table games or poker.

Currently, no-limit Hold ‘Em tournaments are being held at 7 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday, as well as at 7 p.m. every first and third Saturday of each month. Be part of Freeroll Poker at 7 p.m., on the fourth Saturday of every month, now through December. The maximum is 60 players, no alternates. One $10 add-on will be allowed. Participants must play 25 hours of live play during the month before the start of the tournament to qualify. Sign ups for the tournament will be from noon-7 p.m. on the day of the tournament.
