ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The Fourth Annual Southwest Chocolate and Coffee Festival will be this weekend at Expo New Mexico.
From 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, for $10 (free for kids under 12 and $8 for students and seniors), people can enjoy baking contests, chocolate pie eating contests, live music, a chocolate sculpture raffle, food photography contests and cow milking contests. At the event, nearly all the vendors are expected to provide complimentary samples of their culinary creations, from chocolates to coffees to candies to tea.
The event, which will also include coffee seminars, and music by groups including the New Mexico Philharmonic, will take place in Manual Lujan Buildings A, B, C; the address of the Expo is 300 San Pedro NE.
