Spring is finally here. Come celebrate with some new promotions and an expansion at some of your favorite casinos.

Isleta Resort & Casino’s nonsmoking sister location Palace West Casino is spreading out. Next month, Palace West guests will have a lot more elbow room. The current 2,500-square-foot facility will be a thing of the past and guests will soon have a new 12,500-square-foot space to enjoy.

The new Palace West Casino will upgrade from 80 slot machines to more than 250. The new digs also will offer a new restaurant. The facility will continue to be a nonsmoking casino.

Construction is expected to be completed in April and grand opening celebrations with big jackpots are in the works to introduce the new Palace West, located a few miles southwest of Isleta Resort & Casino.

There are still several promotions going on throughout March at the mothership, Isleta Resort & Casino. Enjoy “T-Shirts Full of Cash” every hour from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays through March 28. A drawing will be held for all table games and poker players only. Winners will be awarded a free T-shirt and up to $200 in cash.

Also, feel the rush with High Card Flush. It’s “easy to learn, easy to play and fast to pay,” according to Isleta. Pokers players ante up to be part of no-limit hold’ em tournaments at 7 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tournaments also will be held at 7 p.m. the first and third Saturday of each month. Tournaments run through June.

Winners will each earn a spot in the finals held on June 24 for Tuesday finalists and June 26 for Thursday finalists. Winners of each final will receive a $10,000 buy-in to the World Series of Poker and $1,500 for expenses. The prize pool is $2,500 for each finalist from second to 10th place.

INN OF THE MOUNTAIN GODS AND CASINO APACHE TRAVEL CENTER: Shamrocks are still lucky this month at Inn of the Mountain Gods and its sister location, Casino Apache Travel Center. Play the “Lucky Shamrocks Cash Giveaway” for your chance to unlock $250,000 in cash. Earn an entry each time you earn 50 points while playing with your Apache Spirit Card. Earn double the entries on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout March.

Weekly drawings will be held Fridays at Inn of the Mountain Gods. Five winners will be announced and one winner per drawing will play for up to $250,000.

At Casino Apache, drawings will be held at 7 p.m. every Saturday. Five winners will be chosen and one will also be able to play for $250,000.

This month at Casino Apache, players have a chance to win up to $1,000 in free play and prizes with drawings at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. All you have to do is play using your Apache Spirit Card at Casino Apache for your chance at free play and great prizes.
