Swirling skirts of the young and old grace the Plaza

The clouds were dark, but that didn’t diminish the crowd’s interest Wednesday evening in watching the colorful skirts swirling with Baile Español. The group, led by Angie Miller, has been on the scene for 32 years.

And, as you can tell by the little ones lined up for their turn, the troupe trains its replacements as it goes along.

The event was part of the Santa Fe Bandstand free music series.
