SANTA FE — Barbara Hanna, 46, turned herself in to Santa Fe police Friday and has been charged in a fatal hit-and-run accident that took place late Sunday.
Hanna is charged with an accident involving great bodily harm and failure to report an accident/render aid.
She did not give a statement to police as she was arrested, an SFPD news release says..
Hanna turned herself in after her photo was released to news organizations Thursday.
She was wanted for questioning after an accident in which pedestrian Lawrence Miera, 59, was hit and killed just before midnight Sunday near Cerrillos Road and Camino Consuelo.
