ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Ly Dao plans to use his winnings to pay off his mortgage and make home improvments
An Albuquerque man who claimed a $495,000 Roadrunner Cash® prize on Friday plans to pay off his mortgage and make home improvements, according to a news release from the New Mexico Lottery.
The news release said Ly Dao’s quick-pick ticket for the Jan. 1 drawing matched the winning numbers of 4, 5, 23, 27 and 34.
Dao purchased his ticket at Circle K No. 5317 located at 13401 Lomas Blvd. NE in Albuquerque, according to the news release.
The news release said Kenneth and Kenni Nutt of Clovis also claimed a Roadrunner Cash prize this week — $303,000 from the game’s Feb. 3 drawing. They also plan to pay off a home loan, according to the news release.
