And he’s gone.
Albuquerque native and La Cueva alum Tony Vincent was eliminated from NBC’s “The Voice” on Tuesday night.
After landing in the bottom three in Team Cee Lo, Vincent sang “Sweet Dreams” by The Eurythmics.
When it came down to the decision, Cee Lo Green said his mind was telling him to choose Vincent, but went with contestant Cheesa.
Vincent posted on his Facebook page that he was “devastated and speechless.”
Vincent had the support from Green Day’s Billie Jo Armstrong and Albuquerque native Neil Patrick Harris. Both took to Twitter to show support for Vincent On Monday.
Vincent starred in Armstrong’s “American Idiot” on Broadway and was Harris’ classmate in high school.
