The state Department of Transportation was reporting difficult driving conditions throughout the state due to the weather.
As of mid-Saturday morning the road closures included:

U.S. 62/180 from White City to the border patrol station about 5 miles north of El Paso. Traffic in Salt Creek, Texas, was being deverted to Van Horn, Texas, due to extremely icy roads. Guadalupe Pass was included in this closure between Carlsbad and El Paso.

U.S. 64 between Tierra Amarilla and Tres Piedras. The road was said to be packed with snow and icy;

NM 18 from Lovington to Jal, due to snow and ice buildup.

NM 72 in both directions from about Bear Canyon Road to NM 456;

NM 152 in both directions from about NM 61 to Mile Post 40 was snow packed and icy;
All other major and secondary roads in state were reportedly passable, although difficult driving conditions were being reported in Chaves, Guadalupe, Quay, Lincoln, San Miguel, Taos and Torrance counties.
There also are reports of snow packed, slick or icy road conditions on parts of Interstate 25 between Albuquerque and Las Vegas.
On I-40, from Clines Corners to Tucumcari, there are reports of snow packed and icy conditions.
