    It's hard to say what moves the betting markets, but I checked this morning to see if Bill Richardson's brief flirtation with YouTube fame had any effect. It seems to have. There's not a whole lot of betting going on right now, making it what my betting market scientist friend calls a "thin market", so it doesn't take much in the way of bets to move things.

    Richardson's been in a bit of a doldrum, but someone bid up the shares yesterday, the day the videos made their splash.
