The bettors over at Intrade apparently noticed Bill Richardson's splashy announcement yesterday that he's running for president (who knew?), or maybe the new poll numbers. Or whatever. There was more trading of Richardson "stock" in the last 24 hours than I've seen in a while, and they're bidding him up. - John Fleck
