Avoid Montgomery near Eubank
A man who was driving a red pickup truck died Monday morning when the truck struck a light pole and a tree in Albuquerque’s Northeast Heights, according to KOB-TV.
The wreck happened at about 6 a.m. on Montgomery near Eubank. Officers on the scene say the pickup was headed east when it somehow lost control and careened into the pole and then a tree.
The impact of the crash toppled the tree onto the truck, which came to rest on a sidewalk.
