Advisories and warnings blanket state

Albuquerque is under a high wind advisory starting about 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. with wind gusts expected from 30-40 mph. The central mountain chain is under a high wind warning for the same period of time.

If that isn't enough, we're reminded that fire is still a possibility with a "red flag warning" for most of the western third of the state.

You can read all the particulars at the National Weather Service site.
