Vincent Montano, 37, of Raton, remains in Colfax County Jail today facing a host of criminal charges after shooting at law officers Tuesday night.
Montano is charged with two counts of attempted murder, four counts of assault with intent to commit a violent felony on a peace officer, two counts of aggravated assault, 10 counts of shooting at a building or dwelling and one count of child abuse.
