The ballots have been counted. And “9 Chickweed Lane” will return ...

... to the Albuquerque Journal daily comics page starting today.

In the end, 2,389 people voted — 2,009 for “Chickweed Lane” and 380 for “Cul de Sac.”

Dozens more telephoned with their opinions, vastly favoring “Chickweed Lane.”
