Sheriff's deputies on scene at Isleta Blvd. near Rio Bravo SW.

10:59am UPDATE: This morning's collision between a school bus and a gas meter occurred not at a residence but at a dentist's office, and gas service was cut off to that building, Public Service Company of New Mexico's Jeff Buell told ABQjournal.com.

8:10am UPDATE: Public Service Company of New Mexico said it received a report of a "car hitting a meter" on the 3000 block of Isleta Boulevard SW at 7:06 a.m., but had no further information, PNM spokesman Jeff Buell told ABQjournal.com.

A PNM technician is on scene, Buell said.

Bernalillo County sheriff's deputies are on scene at a gas-line break on Isleta Boulevard and Bonaguidi Road near Rio Bravo SW after a school bus struck the line, KOB-TV is reporting.

There are no reports of injuries, and the students were taken by another bus to Rio Grande High School, Eyewitness News 4 reported.

There also are no reports of homes being evacuated, KOB-TV said.
