Wind gusts predicted, especially for east

The National Weather Service says it's going to about 40 today, but breezy with the winds between 10 and 20 miles per hour in town and higher in the East Mountains, up to 30 mph. Here's the official forecast:

Today: Sunny, with a high near 41. North wind between 10 and 20 mph.

Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 16. North wind between 5 and 10 mph.

New Year's Day: Sunny, with a high near 40. North wind around 5 mph becoming east.
