Northbound I-25 near Watrous briefly closed.

A northbound Greyhound tour bus caught fire on Interstate 25 at mile marker 366 between Watrous and Wagon Mound around 8 a.m. today, sparking a grass fire that briefly shut the northbound lanes of I-25, said State Police Lt. Juan Martinez.

The fires were brought under control and the highway reopened just before 9 a.m., Martinez said.

The driver was the only person aboard and was not injured, KKOB Radio 770 is reporting.
