Investigators say the crash was caused by a motorist who was impaired due to a medical condition. They say the woman was traveling south on I-25 when she crossed the median and merged into the northbound lanes before crashing head-on with a pickup truck. Three people were injured and taken to a hospital. Traffic has since cleared up.
