After two days on the job at Cannon Air Force Base, man caught in Internet sting.

Michael Lee Harvey, 19, an air traffic controller at Cannon Air Force Base, was indicted Friday on a charge of child solicitation by electronic device, the Clovis New Journal reported.

Harvey had been on the job at Cannon for just two days when he was arrested in Clovis on Feb. 10, according to a news release from the Curry County Sheriff's Department.

The release said Harvey had arranged to engage in sexual activity with a 13-year-old he met in an Internet chat room -- but the "girl" was fictitious, the News Journal said.

Harvey was arrested as he tried to enter the house where he was told the girl would be while her parents were asleep, the release said.

Cannon's Office of Special Investigation assisted in the investigation, the News Journal reported.
