The Lady Lobos defeated Colorado State University by a score of 65-41 and advance to the Mountain West Conference championship game set for tomorrow at 2 p.m.

UNM will face the winner of the Texas Christian University-San Diego State University game that begins at 3:30 p.m. today.

University of New Mexico holds a commanding lead in MWC semifinal.

According to the Web site's Gametracker for the women's championship bracket, the Lady Lobos are leading Colorado State 33 to 12 at the end of the first half.
