A very occasional Lights and Sirens feature "A man called dispatch, he was extremely 10-18 (drunk), and was so 10-18 that he lost his wallet in the apartment where he was drinking. He wanted 34s (officers) to go into the apartment and move all the furniture out so he could find his wallet. He was not satisfied when I told him we don't respond to that kind of call. He said he would keep 21ing (calling) back until someone agreed to help him." No one ever did agree to help him.
