A parent looking for a parking space at Cleveland Middle School allegedly ended up threatening the school's principal and other parents.
Manuel Archuleta, 30, was at the school to attend a parent-teacher conference when he allegedly became involved in a verbal and physical dispute with other parents regarding a parking space, according to a criminal complaint. The complaint said bystanders notified the school principal, who came out to try and defuse the situation. As the principal approached Archuleta, he allegedly poked her in the chest and threatened to go home and get his gun, the complaint said. He then left the school, and police caught up with him a while later and pulled him over. Archuleta was arrested and charged with battery on a school employee.
