July 21, 2009

 

2:20 p.m. 1100 block of Sunset Road SW, regarding 2 infants in a car by themselves. The mother was booked into jail with 2 counts of child abuse. The children were turned over to the father.

 

4:30 p.m. 300 block of 18th St. in Rio Rancho, reference to a search warrant. Located were narcotics, a handgun, and several items consistent with drug trafficking; investigation is on-going.

July 20, 2009

 

6:45 p.m. 100 block of John Dantis SW, reference subject in possession of controlled substance. Subject was rebooked for felony possession.

 

8:17 p.m. 2000 block of Isleta SW, reference to drug activity. Subject was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

 

11:12 p.m. 2000 block of Citation SW, reference to a verbal domestic dispute. It was determined that the driver was on parole; he was booked on a felony parole violation.

July 17, 2009

 

10:00 a.m. 1900 block of Ladera, reference to a search warrant.  Located were several items consistent with trafficking narcotics. All items were tagged into evidence. The investigation is ongoing.

9:15 p.m. Near the Westside shooting range, reference to a traffic stop as follow up to shots fired in the area. 3 males were placed under arrest; the adult was booked on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and receiving stolen property. The juveniles were booked on charges of unlawful possession of a deadly weapon.

July 7, 2009

 

12:53 a.m. 4500 block of Sun Valley, reference to a loud party with juveniles. 2 subjects were arrested on charges of trafficking narcotics, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

 

1:41 a.m. 500 block of Riverside SW, reference to a traffic stop. Subject had three felony warrants and was booked on charges of trafficking narcotics, tampering with evidence, and the warrants.

 

4:42 p.m. Presbyterian Urgent Care on Isleta SW, reference to a male who had been stabbed. The male walked to the urgent care and was transported to UNMH. The investigation is on-going.

 

4:58 p.m. 3800 block of Broadway SE. Driver advised he had just been shot in the right arm and back. The victim was transported to UNMH, and the investigation is on-going.

 

8:55 p.m. 5600 block of 4th NW, reference to contact with a disorderly male. Subject was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

 

10:20 p.m. 1100 block of Gatewood SW, reference to an armed subject. Offender was taken into custody.

July 5, 2009

7:30 a.m. 12500 block of Central SW, reference prostitution. Subject was

found to have two outstanding felony warrants. She was booked without incident.

 

7:43 p.m. 200 block of Alameda NW, reference to disorderly subjects. 1 subject was arrested and booked, charged with possession of controlled substance.

 

 

 

July 4, 2009

 

11:29 p.m. I-25 and San Antonio, reference to an altercation involving multiple subjects. The altercation was due to a road rage incident. Two subjects were arrested and booked for aggravated assault with a motor vehicle.

 

11:00 p.m. I-25/Frontage Road, reference to an impaired driver. The driver and one other individual were arrested for child abuse.

8:00 p.m. 2nd and Montano, reference to a truck tailgating a deputy yelling profanities at him. Traffic stop was initiated and subject was observed to be extremely intoxicated. Subject was arrested for the violation.

July 3, 2009

 

12:26 a.m. Yakima/Sunset SW reference a motor vehicle crash involving a

pedestrian that was struck and killed. The driver fled on foot, was located and found to be intoxicated. He was arrested for

homicide by vehicle, tampering with evidence and leaving the scene of an accident causing death.

6:00 p.m. Unser and Gibson, reference to a narcotics operation in the area. 3 subjects were taken into custody and booked without incident.

 July 2, 2009

 

9:00 a.m. 5300 block of San Mateo, reference to a search warrant. Located were several items consistent with trafficking narcotics. Investigation is on-going.
