Dollie East, 46, was accused of furnishing alcohol to underage girls at July 2007 party.

A Las Maravillas woman who police say provided alcohol to several underage girls at a June 2007 party where her son physically assaulted several of the girls has been put on probation, the Valencia County News-Bulletin reported.

Dollie East, 46, pleaded no contest in April to two fourth-degree felony counts of giving or selling alcohol to minors, and several counts -- including three counts of child abuse -- were dismissed as part of a plea agreement, the News-Bulletin said.

State District Judge William Sanchez on Tuesday imposed a sentence of three years on probation, the paper reported.

According to a report on KRQE News 13, Sanchez told East that he would have given her the same sentence as her son, former Los Lunas High School wrestling star Cody East, if he could have.

Cody East was convicted by a jury earlier this months of three counts of child abuse and one count of battery in connection with a party at the East's family home last summer in which several girls were injured, the News-Bulletin reported.

The former state wrestling champion was ordered back to jail last week after allegedly violating his conditions of release by drinking at a pair of parties following his conviction, according to earlier reports.

Police said Dollie East took several of the girls to a store and bought alcohol for the party, then both Dollie East and her husband, Terry East, allegedly served liquor to several girls at the party, the News-Bulletin said.

Terry East is currently on probation after pleading no contest earlier this month to one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to the News-Bulletin.

If Terry East successfully completes probation, the felony conviction will be expunged from his record, the paper said.

East was convicted by a Los Lunas jury of three counts of child abuse and one count of battery, and the judge set a $100,000 bond until sentencing with two conditions: that East not contact any trial witnesses and that he obey all laws, according to KRQE.

Officers from state Probation & Parole and the Albuquerque Police Department told Pope on Wednesday that East admitted to drinking on at least two occasions, including an incident in Albuquerque on July 11 where East and his brother were drinking beer and shots of hard liquor, News 13 said.

The Albuquerque Journal reported earlier this month that East was  stabbed at a house party on Jenaro SW on the weekend immediately following his conviction for child abuse and battery.

The former high school wrestler, who is now an amateur cage fighter, faces a maximum of 10 years in prison when he is sentenced, the Journal has said.

A sentencing date has not been set.
