Unpaid bills leave officers without easy communication

Police on the sprawling Navajo Nation are expected today to lose their access to wireless service, which allows them to file reports remotely and easily communicate with fellow officers in field.

A subcontractor that had provided satellite time for the Internet service plans to end it because it says its owed 4 million dollars.
