Charges against Jason Daskalos were dismissed again Friday after a District Court judge affirmed his previous dismissal.

Judge Charles Brown said there was not probable cause against Daskalos, and dismissed three misdemeanor charges of resisting or evading an officer. The charges stem from an August 2006 incident in which Daskalos allegedly snuck out of a BATmobile with help from an APD officer.
