Former  Metropolitan Court administrator Toby Martinez  admitted Friday to skimming over $2 million  from inflated invoices and cash payments connected to construction of the Metro courthouse.

Martinez pleaded guilty to conspiracy and two counts of mail fraud. He implicated codefendants former state Sen. Manny Aragon, engineer Raul Parra and construction manager Michael Murphy. He has agreed to testify against them.

Other defendants are scheduled to go to trial Oct. 28.
