Sandra Mata Martinez, the wife of the former Metro Court administrator  who pleaded guilty last week to conspiracy and mail fraud stemming from the construction of the new courthouse building, pleaded guilty Tuesday to misprision of a felony.

Sandra Martinez said in her plea agreement that after January 2004, she knew what her husband Toby Martinez was doing with the consulting company organized under her name.

She faces up to three years at sentencing.
