0917 Stolen Vehicle- 900 block of Tiffin Meadows Dr-Calling party advised that vehicle taken overnight.
0942 Larceny- Tulip/Arizona- Calling party saw subject trying to grab something out of another vehicle at Giant gas station. Traffic stop done and subject arrested on two Rio Rancho warrants.
1106 Larceny- Los Utes Rd- Chainsaw missing.
1126 Criminal Damage- 2000 block of Grande Blvd- Windows to Parks and Recreation van broken out.
1139 Criminal Damage- 5300 block of Vera Cruz Rd- Back window broken on vehicle.
1242 Shoplifting- N.M. 528- Two females escorted off property and two non-traffic citations issued.
1258 Pursuit- 10th/Arbor- License plate and vehicle came back possibly stolen. Also, possible felony for one of the occupants. Vehicle refused to stop. Suspect vehicle occupied with four people. Occupants fled on foot. Perimeter set in Northern Meadows. Two in custody/arrested. Vehicle recovered confirmed stolen out of Albuquerque. No accidents or injuries. Driver not apprehended but identified. Obtaining arrest warrant for driver.
1413 Motor Vehicle Accident- I-25/MM249- Blown out tire hit embankment refusal signed for EMS.
1535 Shoplifting- 400 blocko of N.M. 528- Male given a non traffic citation to appear in court for shoplifting.
1624 Motor Vehicle accident with injuries- Eastbound U.S. 550/I-25- Three cars involved one subject transported to the veterans hospital with minor injuries. Rio Rancho towing responded. Road was cleared. Crash report taken.
2015 Public Nuisance– Santa Ana Star Casino– Female issued a non-traffic citation for non-trespass.
2203 Vehicle Burglary– Rainbow/Northern– Reporting party’s car ran out of gas. He went to get gas and vehicle was broken into. Report taken.
2226 Domestic– 1500 block of Glendale Ct– Third party report of a male and female having a verbal altercation. Officers responded and took a report.
2245 Traffic stop– N.M. 16/MM 6.5– Male was arrested for two warrants out of Valencia County.
2315 Motor Vehicle Accident– N.M. 556/MM5– A pedestrian walked in front of the caller while he was driving and suffered severe injuries. Bernalillo County Fire and Sheriff’s also responded because of the location.
0153 Stolen Vehicle- 6900 block of Skylar Dr- Vehicle taken from residence. Red Ford Escort. Vehicle was entered into NCIC.
0222 Traffic Stop- Idalia/40th- One subject arrested for minor in possession. Subject was booked into Sandoval County Detention Center. Vehicle was towed by ASAP towing report was taken.

0658 Vehicle Fire- Bosque Rd.- Sandia Pueblo- Vehicle fully engulfed, owner trying to put out the fire. Fire was extinguished. Report taken.
0728 Criminal Damage- 200 block of 2nd St. SE- Calling parties windows shot out of the residence. Report taken.
0825 Criminal Damage- Jemez Springs Civic Center- Report taken. Unknown what type of damage to building.
0928 Stolen Vehicle- 500 block of Star Villa Cir.- Yellow 2007 Dodge Ram taken from calling parties residence sometime last night. Be on the lookout given to all surrounding agencies. Report taken and vehicle entered into NCIC.
0955 Fraud- 100 block of Sommerset- Credit Card fraud. Report taken.
1030 Public Nuisance- Encino Rd- Rio Rancho- Report taken reference to an illegal dump site at this location.
1042 Vehicle Burglary- 700 block of Valley Meadows- Calling party’s vehicle broken into sometime last night and GPS taken. Report taken.
1045 Traffic crash without injuries- Northbound I-25/MM 242- Metal frame chair flew out of a pick up truck traveling on the road and hit the side of calling parties vehicle. Report taken.

1308 Traffic Stop– Southern/40th– Male arrested on warrants out of Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department.
1342 Child Abuse– N.M. 197/off U.S. 550- Report taken for injuries on a 2-year-old male.
1449 Domestic– Pine/Unser Blvd– Third-party report of a male and female arguing over a child. Officers responded, made contact and took a report. Primary officer will also be issuing criminal summons for both the male and female.
1557 Fraud– 2000 block of Southern– Report taken for a counterfeit $20.
1656 Suicide– Broadstone High Resort– Officers made contact with a male, took a report and gave him a ride to the hospital for evaluation.
1700 Vehicle Burglary– 900 block of Camino Del Pueblo South– Reporting party witnessed a male breaking into her car. The suspect fled the scene prior to officers arrival, but was later located and arrested.
1810 Warrant Service– Bernalillo Wine Festival – Male was arrested for a warrant out of Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department.
1915 Threats/Harassment– 800 block of 12th St. SW– Report taken for harassment.
1951 Drugs– Santa Ana Star Casino– Officer responded and took custody of drugs that were found in the bathroom.
1955 Traffic Stop– Cabazon/Loma Larga– Male arrested for DWI.
2015 Motor Vehicle Crash– 7 miles North of Ojo Encino School– Vehicle versus horse. Three patients found. One was air lifted by Careflight, other was transported by ground ambulance and third was a signed refusal.
2056 Domestic– Jemez Springs Campground– Female fighting with another male. Deputies responded and gave her a ride. Report taken.
2109 Drugs– Santa Ana Star Casino– Male was issued non-traffic citations for smoking marijuana.
2122 Intoxicated Driver– N.M. 4/MM 5– Two males were arrested. One male arrested for aggravated DWI and the other for public intoxication.
2137 Shoplifting– 3300 block of Southern Blvd– Male and female arrested.
2159 Fight– Sandia Casino– Two intoxicated males fighting in the lounge. One was arrested for a warrant out of Ruidoso Police Department.
2232 Traffic Stop– Southern– Male arrested for driving on a 122G status license.
2237 Traffic Stop– Ridgecrest/N.M. 528– Car full of juveniles stopped. No one had a valid license. Parents were contacted and came to pick up their children.
2329 Intoxicated Pedestrian– Jemez Pueblo Police Dept– Pueblo Tribal Officers brought in four individuals. All were issued non-traffic citations for pueblo court.
0137 Traffic Stop– Broadmoor/High Resort– Three were cited for minors in possession.
0241 Request Assistance– I-25/Budaghers– A Santa Fe officer pulled over a vehicle suspected of DWI. Deputies took the arrest.
0403 Domestic– 900 block of Country Club– Sounds of a domestic were heard at this apartment. Officers made contact with the female, the male had left prior to arrival. He was summonsed into court for aggravated battery on a household member.

0934 Harassment- 600 block of N.M.165, Placitas- Teen was harassed. Officer made contact with the suspect at Camino de la Buena Vista.
0941 Vehicle burglary- 2200 block of Greenlake Road- Two vehicles were broken into and items were taken.
1023 Fraud- 600 block of Mirage Court- Credit card fraud.
1028 Criminal Damage/Vandalism- Idaho Creek Road- Delayed damages to a vehicle.
1030 Larceny- 3300 Southern- Male subject arrested for shoplifting, booked Sandoval County Detention Center.
1049 Fraud- 500 block of Quantum Rd- Calling party advised there was a check that was stolen from his mailbox and was cashed. Report was taken.
1123 Threats/Harassment- 900 block of Sunflower Dr- Calling party advised her ex-boyfriend was sending her threatening text message and pictures. Male subject was issued a non-traffic citation for telephone harassment and report was taken.
1236 Domestic- 2400 block of Pedragal Ave- Calling party advised her sister-in-law was assaulted by her husband last night and victim didn’t want to call. Report was taken.
1257 Runaway Juvenile- 3500 block of New Castle Dr- Calling party advised his teen son had taken off after an altercation that took place between them. Last seen wearing black t-shirt and black shorts. Report was taken and will be entered into NCIC.
1346 Traffic Stop- Riversbend- Male subject was arrested for a warrant out of Taos County.
1537 Traffic Stop- U.S. 550/MM49.5- Female subject was arrested for driving on suspended revoked license.
1609 Vehicle Burglary- Dakota Morning Rd- Report was taken for vehicle burglary.
1623 Intoxicated Pedestrian- Maple/Mahogany- Male subject was issued a non-traffic citation for drinking in public.
1645 Vehicle Burglary– Dakota Morning– Vehicle was also broken into.
1724 Domestic– 600 block of N.M. 165– Brother-in-law threatened various members of the family then left the residence. The deputy did not have contact with him after a search of the area.
1754 Public Assist– Wine Festival Grounds– An informational report was taken on an incident that occurred here.
1910 Noise Complaint– 900 block of Charles– Some of the neighbors were being loud outside. Officers advised them to quiet down and take it inside, then arrested one on a Rio Rancho warrant.
1955 Armed and Dangerous– N.M. 4/San Ysidro– Two males were in the area with multiple guns. Both were arrested for weapons and drug charges.
2005 Domestic– 100 block of Pecos– The caller’s ex-boyfriend showed up at her residence after claiming to have wrecked their vehicle. He later fled the area into the mesa.
2053 Traffic Stop- Nita/Enchanted Hills– Ended in arrest for DWI.
2132 Traffic Stop– N.M. 528/19th– The driver was almost arrested for a warrant, but was transported to the hospital instead. The vehicle was towed and the driver will take care of the warrant next week.
2137 Intoxicated Driver– N.M. 528/Southern– Officers made contact with the two females. They were not intoxicated, however they were both cited for paraphernalia and drug possession.
2220 Traffic Stop– N.M. 528– Ended in arrest for a warrant
2355 Noise Complaint– 2800 block of Violeta Cir- Calling party advised there was a party and loud music. One male subject was issued a non-traffic citation for possession of controlled substance.
0009 Suspicious Subject- Avenida/Calle Placitas- Male subject was issued a non-traffic citation of larceny.
0025 Public Assist- 2000 block of Camino Catalonia- Calling party advised she took a lot of pills, she was having a argument with her husband and he told her to die. Female was transported to the hospital and report was taken.
0035 Noise Complaint- 2800 block of Violeta Cir- Calling party advised there are some subjects yelling outside in the street. Female subject was arrested for interference with an officer.
0109 Robbery- 2000 block of Southern- Calling party advised there was a male subject that showed up and stated he had got jumped. Officers advised to change the call from an assault to a robbery. Report was taken.
0133 Fight- 1100 block of Sawmill Rd- Calling party advised there were numerous subjects in a physical altercation. One female subject was arrested for disorderly conduct.
0157 Criminal Damage/Vandalism- Calling party advised two male subjects were walking in the area and spray painting. Officer’s made contact with subjects and advised there was multiple areas sprayed. Both juveniles were turned over to their parents and will be charged with felony criminal damage.
0240 Stolen Vehicle- Rainbow(Sandia Casino)- Security advised there was a motorcycle that was stolen. Report was taken and will be entered into NCIC. Motorcycle was a white over maroon.
0308 Domestic- 7100 block of Husky Dr- Calling party advised a male subject had assaulted her and shoved her to the floor. Male subject left the area and officers made contact with him later on in Bernalillo. Report was taken.
0432 Domestic- 2600 block of Violeta Cir- Officers responded to a report of a domestic between a male and a female. Officers made contact with male caller and a report was taken.
0512 Dead on arrival- Apache Trail- Caretaker found her charge to be deceased. Body was turned over to tribal officials.
0528 Accident- N.M. 14 and Via Entrada- Single vehicle slid off the road into a ditch. Report taken.

0715 Stolen Vehicle- 200 block of Pearl Dr- Report taken for a 2006 gold Ford F150.
0758 Suicide- Loma Pinon- Calling party advised he had received an e-mail from a friend who was stating she wanted to kill herself. Officers forced entry into the home and found the female had attempted to overdose on medication. She was taken code three to Lovelace Westside.
0802 EMSE- 300 block of N.M. 4- Male subject was found unconscious and cold to the touch at this residence. EMS responded and a report was taken.
0819 Domestic- 500 block of Arizona St- Report taken after calling party advised she believed her ex-husband had put glue in her door lock. The male was not located.
0903 Larceny- 1000 block of Rio Rancho Blvd- Off-duty officer saw several subjects steal propane tanks from the store. The suspects were not located and a report was taken.
0927 Graffiti- High Resort/Terraza- Report taken for several occurrences of graffiti in the area.
0931 Burglary- 1000 block of Sawmill- Received a third party call from a female advising her sister had called her and told her to send officers right away. Officers arrived on scene to find that two subjects have forced entry into the home. The males were located and arrested on charges of armed robbery, armed burglary and armed assault.
1140 Criminal Damage- 900 block of Country Club- Officers responded to this residence in reference to criminal damage to a vehicle. A report was taken.
1250 Criminal Damage- 800 block of Loma Pinon- Calling party advised a neighbor threw a rock at her vehicle window breaking it, but did not want to identify his neighbor as the suspect when officers asked. A report was taken for the damage.
1258 Threats/Harassment- 2200 block of Venada- Informational report taken for stalking from the calling party’s boyfriend’s ex-wife.
1305 Burglary- 500 block of Schmidt- Calling party advised he returned home to find his television missing. A report was taken.
1404 Traffic Stop- N.M. 313/Barrio Nuevo- One subject arrested on a warrant.
1514 Traffic Stop- N.M. 4/MM16.5- Driver arrested for DWI.
1516 Larceny- 1000 block of Rio Rancho Blvd- Calling party advised of two male subjects who stole beer from the store. Upon making contact with the calling party it was discovered he had a warrant and he was subsequently arrested.
1704 Suicide- Bogie- Officers responded to this residence after a male subject threatened to kill himself by burning his van while he sat in it. The male did light the van on fire, but it burned itself out by the time fire responded.
1744 Threats/Harassment- 2400 block of Bogie- Report taken for vulgar phone calls made to the calling party from a unknown subject.
1907 Disorderly Subject- Santa Ana Star Casino- Security advised of a male subject with a criminal trespass on site. He was arrested for violation of the order.
1914 Disorderly Subject- 1800 block of Peach Rd- Informational report taken after a verbal dispute between neighbors because one dog attacked the other one.
2044 Welfare Check- 900 block of Maria Elena- Received a call from a male subject who advised that his ex-girlfriend and his child were at this residence and the female was with people who were drinking. Officers went out there and took an informational report.
2200 Traffic Stop- Nita/Enchanted Hills- Driver arrested for operating on a revoked suspended denied license.
2216 Fight- Rainbow Rd- Between two males. One male was arrested for assault and battery. Ended in arrest and report taken.
0040 Drugs- Jemez Dam Rd- Male had his bag searched and security found a pill bottle with that appeared to be drugs in it. Report taken.
0154 Intoxicated Pedestrian- Jemez Dam Rd- Female that is intoxicated would not leave the casino. Female was picked up by her dad. Report taken.

0710 Traffic stop- U.S. 550/Jemez Dam- Subject arrested on a warrant. Booked at SCDC.
0713 Threats/Harassment– 800 block of Villa Verde– Calling party advised that her son was enroute to get his son. Calling party advised that he has felony charges pending and she was scared for her life as well as her grandson’s life. Male subject was issued an NTC for trespass order. Report was taken.
0821 Accident with injury- Northbound I-25 at MM238- Report taken for accident where the tires blew out on vehicle. Airbag deployed. Female with cut on hand. Female was transported by EMS.
0832 Vehicle burglary- 500 block of Cielo Azul in Corrales- Delayed from the evening before hand. One hand gun stolen.
0839 Suspicious subject- San Lorenzo and Avenida Bernalillo. One male subject arrested for multiple warrants out of magistrate court.
0916 Burglary- 1800 block of Terra Del Sol in Rio Rancho. Report taken for juvenile that broken into the calling parties residence. The residence came home to find the juvenile on the stairwell. The husband of the calling party confronted and knocked down the subject. Subject was gone when officers arrived. Air 1 was called to assist with search. Subject was not located.

1550 Traffic Stop- 400 block of N.M. 528- Driver arrested for operating on a revoked suspended denied license.
1554 Larceny- Sandia Casino- Report taken for ticket theft.
1627 Burglary- 1100 block of Sandia Vista- Report taken for a delayed burglary to the residence.
1630 EMSE- Overlook Dr- Calling party called 911 advising that his wife had collapsed on the floor unconscious. CPR was started while fire, EMS and law enforcement responded. The female passed away and a report was taken.
1657 Traffic Stop- U.S. 550/MM94- Subject arrested for driving on a revoked suspended denied license.
1702 Vehicle Burglary- 500 block of Quantum- Report taken for a delayed burglary that occurred in July.
1702 Criminal Damage- 1800 block of Sierra Norte- Report taken for calling party’s vehicle being damaged with a bat.
1705 Domestic- 3900 block of Juan Aldama- Officers responded in reference to a domestic between calling party and his son. The son damaged a vehicle with a bat during the altercation and was arrested for assault on a household member and for criminal damage.
1723 Criminal Damage- 600 block of Southern- Report taken after the back window of a vehicle was smashed out.
1733 Domestic- 3400 block of Martin Meadows- Report taken for a verbal only domestic at this residence between calling party and his girlfriend.
1739 Burglary- 4100 block of North Pole Lp- Calling party advised she came home to find her front door kicked in, and several pieces of jewelry missing. A report was taken.
1831 Larceny- Bosque Rd- Report taken after calling party advised that he lost a pistol from his backpack on Saturday.
1927 Traffic Stop- I-25/MM244- One subject arrested on a warrant out of Santa Fe.
2058 Traffic Stop- Southern/36th- Subject arrested on a warrant out of Rio Rancho Municipal Court.
2106 Traffic Stop- N.M. 528 north of Honduras- Subject arrested on a warrant and for possession of marijuana.
2115 Gas Leak Inside- Presbyterian Emergency Room 4100 block of High Resort- Nurse called in advising of a strong smell of gas in one of the rooms. Nothing on gas readings were found.
2120 Disabled Vehicle– N.M. 4/N.M. 290– An intoxicated female was found down the road from her vehicle. The vehicle had smashed out front and rear windows, but did not appear to have been in an accident. The vehicle was towed and the female went with it.
2250 Harassment– 600 block of Littler– The neighbor threatened the caller and shone her flashlight in the caller’s face.
2319 Domestic- Darlene– Physical and verbal altercation between mother and daughter. Officers responded, separated both parties and took a report.
0014 Fraud– Santa Ana Star Casino– Report taken in reference to a counterfeit $50.
0150 Domestic– Arrowhead Ridge Apts– Physical altercation between male and female. Male was arrested for battery on a household member.

1740 Domestic- 800 block of Villa Verde- Third party caller advised of lots of screaming and a baby crying at this address. Officers took report for a verbal domestic.
1744 Stolen Vehicle- 3900 block of El Puno- Report taken for stolen Dodge pickup.
1750 Welfare Check- 3500 block of New Castle- Dad calling from out of town advised his daughter cut herself. Officer took her into protective custody and transported her to Anna Kaseman Hospital.
1939 Zuni Ct- Male making threats to subjects with a gun. Officers made contact with the subject and advised that no one had a firearm, just said that he would come back with one.
2027 Threats/Neighbor Dispute- 6300 block of Sandpiper Trail- Calling party stated neighbor road an ATV through his yard messing up the rocks. Threats were made to come and shoot the calling party. One male issued NTC for possession of marijuana. Another male and a female arrested for disorderly conduct.

unlawful use of license.
1037 Drugs– 900 block of Zuni– Parole and Probation found drugs at this
residence and arrested the male with the assistance of Rio Rancho officers.
1150 Utility Fire Outside– Southern/ Baltic– A powerline seemed to be arcing in
the area. The fire department located the pole and it had a hanging line
detached. PNM was contacted.
1202 Harassment– 1900 block of Clearwater– The mother is receiving harassing
text’s from her child’s estranged father, to bring the child up to his new
residence.
1246 Elderly Abuse– Pumpkins– Officers took a report on abuse that has been
occurring since mid-July.
1351 Threats– 800 block of Cerro De Ortega– The caller said that his neighbor put
a rat on his mail and has a video of it to prove it.

1005 Domestic– Spring– A verbal argument between two teenage sons occurred and both were throwing items around the house.
1032 Threats– Cuba Middle School– After a possible road rage incident, a large SUV blocked the caller in at the parking lot. The situation was resolved and the caller was arrested for a Cuba Municipal Warrant.
1136 Vehicle Burglary– 4900 block of Zirconia– Overnight the caller’s vehicle was broken into.
1208 Disabled Vehicle– Homestead– An abandoned truck with tools in the back was towed from the area.

1344 Welfare Check– 900 block of Hwy 485– A female and her dog were found deceased at this residence. Another dog was taken to the hospital.
