Lots of link-o-rama from my morning reading, including my own story on the possibility that the Obama administration will end a tradition of civilian management of nuclear weapons that goes back to J. Robert Oppenheimer. Plus more brackish water and Congressional budget failure. (click through for more)

The Obama team is considering a switch from civilian to Defense Department management of the U.S. nuclear weapons program.
Michael Campana, former head of the UNM Water Resources Program (now in wet, wet Oregon), opines on the growing brackish water rush in his old home state.
