Free startup seminar at UNM tech park

The next free Center for Commercialization & Entrepreneurial Training seminar will be Wednesday from 8 a.m. to noon and will focus on "operations startup, monitoring, and human resources.
The seminar will be at the UNM Science & Technology Park Auditorium, 800 Bradbury Dr. SE in Albuquerque.
The session is designed to describe the business organization development process and the essential legal, accounting, taxation, and record-keeping processes. The critical areas of staffing, recruiting, and educating and training personnel also will be discussed.
Presenters include: Ted Trujillo, MBA, director, Small Business Development Center; Russel Hiller, CPA, CFO and treasurer – Summit Electric Supply; Ingrid Baker, MBA, director of human resources – TVC.
