Tamaya Resort Snares 2 More Travel Honors

Journal Staff Report
Leading travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler's November issue has named the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa at Santa Ana Pueblo as one of the nation's top resorts for the third year in a row.
The resort made the magazine's “Best in the World” Readers' Choice Awards. The issue is currently on newsstands.
The Tamaya also has been named one of the leading hotels for meetings in western North America for its sixth year in a row from Smart Meetings magazine in its December 2009 issue.
“It is a tremendous honor to be recognized by Condé Nast Traveler as the 47th top mainland resort in the United States and by Smart Meetings as one of the best meeting hotels in Western North America.” said Jerry Westenhaver, Tamaya general manager.
Only 75 resorts throughout the mainland U.S. were honored by Condé Nast Traveler and only 100 hotels in western North America were awarded by Smart Meetings.
