Call Center To Bring 500 Jobs to El Paso

Associated Press
EL PASO — A Dallas-based technology company has announced plans to open a call center in El Paso that would bring 500 new jobs.
Affiliated Computer Services Inc. officials said the center, whose operators would handle customer service calls, should be open by March.
The $4 billion company specializes in outsourcing technology services and already has a factory in Ciudad Juarez, just across the Rio Grande from El Paso.
Details about wages at the El Paso facility have not been released.
