Event center to open in NW Albuquerque

A national company has purchased a vacant parcel near Paseo del Norte and Eagle Ranch NW with plans to build a new all-purpose event center.

Boutique hotel, ‘condotel’ proposed for De Anza

A three- to four-star boutique hotel and a high-end “condotel,” or hybrid condo/motel, are among proposals to restore the historic but boarded-up De Anza Motor Lodge at 4301 Central NE in east Nob Hill to an updated version of its former glory as a Route 66 motel.
