RUIDOSO — A special arson task force will try to identify anyone responsible for setting more than 100 fires on the Mescalero Apache reservation over the last two years, U.S. Attorney David Iglesias said Wednesday.
"Make no mistake: We will find the person or persons responsible for starting these fires," Iglesias said.
