    West Nile virus now has spread to humans in New Mexico, with the first case reported Wednesday in a Valencia County woman.
    The woman saw her doctor last week with symptoms of a fever, headache and rash, according to Beth Velasquez, spokeswoman for the state Department of Health.
    The woman experienced a mild case and did not need to be hospitalized, Velasquez said.
