    The new chief of the Albuquerque Police Department said his agency would cooperate with federal authorities in questioning visiting foreigners to find out what they know about terrorism.
    Gil Gallegos, who takes the reins of APD on Monday, said that as far as he knows, no requests have been made by the local FBI office for aid but APD would help if requested.
