    Q: I've got a shepherd/red heeler cross named Finnegan who has been itching like a madman. His sister Berkeley has no itchy symptoms. As far as I can tell it is not fleas and there is no visible rash or other skin irritation. Is there a way to tell if it's allergies, or do I have to make the dreaded trip to see my vet?
