LAS CRUCES— The city's moribund downtown mall area will receive a major jolt according to plans Gov. Bill Richardson announced here Thursday.
Richardson said he has requested $200,000 in capital outlay funding to plan the consolidation of state employees working in the Las Cruces area to a single location.
