A: Your newspaper should be delivered by:

  • 6:30 a.m.  —  Monday through Saturday (later in outlying areas)
  • 7:00 a.m.  —  Sunday (later in outlying areas)

    A: The Circulation Customer Service Department is open 365 days per year.

    Q: How can I contact Customer Service after hours?
    A: The Customer Service Department employs a voice mail system after hours, which you can reach by calling (505) 823-4400 or 1-800-577-8683. You can leave requests to start service, place vacation stops, transfer your service, or report service problems on this line. Overnight messages are checked each morning. You can also e-mail to the Customer Service Department at cs@abqpubco.com. E-mails are checked throughout normal operating hours for the Customer Service Department.

    Q: How can I change my delivery address?

Same day redelivery for missed deliveries, wet paper or incomplete papers is available in Albuquerque and Santa Fe during the following hours:

    Q: What is Press Pass?
    A: Press Pass is your ticket to savings at more than 200 merchants throughout New Mexico. Press Pass delivers ticket presales at Journal Pavilion as well as other discounted ticket offers. Also, Press Pass saves you 20% off your dining bill at numerous restaurants located throughout New Mexico.     Q: What is PaySmart?

    Q: What is NIE?
    A: NIE is Newspapers in Education. The Albuquerque Journal works with numerous schools to provide newspapers and other educational materials in the classroom. Subscribers can donate vacation papers to the program any time they place a vacation stop. To learn more about the NIE Program, please visit our NIE page.

    Q: How do I get credit for vacation papers, missed deliveries, or other service problems?
    A: Credit for missed deliveries, wet papers, etc. is given at the time the vacation or problem is reported to the Customer Service Department. Your account will automatically be credited for vacation stops.

    Q: If I subscribe for a special offer, how much will my subscription cost after the special expires?
    A: At the end of your introductory offer, your subscription will be renewed at the suggested retail rate for your frequency of delivery and delivery area. This amount will be reflected on the renewal notice you receive as your special nears its expiration.

    Q: How can I order a back issue of the newspaper?
    A: Back issues for the past year can be purchased at Albuquerque Publishing Company Library. Back issues are sold on a first-come basis. Call the APC Library at (505) 823-3490 for mail rates of back issues.

    Q: How do I get a reprint of a photo or artwork?
    A: You can choose from the "Featured Galleries" link at www.abqjournal.com/pixreprint. You'll find some of our best photos and artwork in sizes for framing. We'll be adding photos and artwork weekly.

    Q: How do I get my Letter to the Editor published?
    A: Letters to the Editor can be e-mailed to opinion@abqjournal.com or use our letters form. Letters must include home address and a daytime telephone number. Though addresses and phone numbers are not published, they are needed to confirm authorship prior to publication.

    Q: How do I search the Archives?
    A: This is a separate charge/account from any ABQjournal.com membership or Albuquerque Journal subscription you already have. You may pay for each individual article with a MasterCard or Visa. You may also search NewsLibrary, an online newspaper archive service of more than 16 million articles published in more than 40 newspapers across the country.

    Q: How do I retrieve my online username and password?
    A: If you are a print subscriber and have forgotten your username and password, enter your e-mail address below and they will be resent to you. Note: if your e-mail address has changed since you originally registered, this method will not work. If this is the case, e-mail us with both your old e-mail address and new e-mail address so we can update your account.

    Business Access
