‘Gears of War’ Chainsaws Competition

Epic Games' "Gears of War" dominated the Interactive Achievement Awards Thursday in Las Vegas, grabbing eight awards , including overall game of the year.

The Xbox 360 bloodfest also won the console game of the year, while "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion " from 2K Games and Bethesda Softworks captured PC game of the year.

Oh, and in case you were wondering, "Orcs and Elves " from EA Mobile took best cell phone game.
