Playing Games Mentally

Tired of waving that Wiimote to move things in a video game? Or how about those arcane "controllers" that the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 use?

You may want to pay attention to "Project Epoc ."

Assuming it's not a hoax (and that's a big assume on the interweb), Project Epoc is a head-mounted controller that allows gamers to play using only thought processes allowing games to be "controlled and influenced by the player's mind."

More details are planned at the 2007 Game Developers Conference next week in San Francisco.
